Thijs Kempers studied Chemistry at the Saxion University. After his graduation in 2011, he joined MASER Engineering as a physical analysis engineer. In 2015 he switched to our sales department and became a sales engineer. Mid 2017 Thijs became a sales manager and he became also responsible for the sales in Norway, Sweden and Finland. End 2018 Thijs has been promoted to Sales Director and is responsible for the overall MASER sales.

Rudy Sesink joined MASER Engineering in 2020. He has more than 25 years of experience in (financial) management positions. Together with Thijs Kempers he is responsible for the daily management of MASER Engineering. Rudy has acquired a Bachelor of Economics and he has also developed broad financial, HR, management and M&A skills throughout the years. He is responsible for the operations and is focusing on (change) management, finance, HR and quality.

Ido Reinink studied Electrical Engineering at Saxion University of Applied Sciences. He started his career in industrial services. First he acquired a lot of valuable experiences as a power electronics engineer, whereafter he fullfilled various management functions. In 2020 Ido has joined MASER Engineering as the new Physical Analysis Department Manager. His ongoing challenge is to further build on a enthusiastic team and focus on processes, knowledge and quality to remain a world-class independent service provider.

Wouter ter Laak studied Electrical Engineering at Saxion University of Applied Sciences. His career started in the automotive industry, working as an EMC test engineer. Thereafter he gained experience in various roles as an engineer, supervisor & manager of international failure analysis department(s). These experiences have contributed to his abilities to become a key player for global failure analysis approaches. At the start of 2022 Wouter joined MASER engineering to further develop the reliability test department.
